My Mission: My personal mission is to help you succeed in your online business. My whole professional life has been spent in providing tools so that others can succeed in their chosen fields. I want you to understand what is happening in Internet Marketing and apply something which will improve your results. I want to introduce you to these ideas, so you can get more out of your online business.

Getting Traffic: For years, the emphasis in Internet Marketing has been based on a series of concepts and techniques which worked for some time in the early days of the Internet. These concepts focused on traffic. Getting, finding, and buying traffic. These techniques have been based on keywords, SEO, PPC, page-rank, Google search results, article marketing, and a host of other techniques designed to send traffic to your site.

Something Else: In the last year, since mid-2007, a new kind of marketing has become evident. Product launches have come into our awareness. StomperNet, Mass Control, Guru Mastermind, Product Launch Formula, and other product launches have generated $10 to $20 million in sales without having a product website. Because there was no site to which to send traffic, they did not use any of the traditional methods of getting traffic. They used something else.

Building Community: These massive sales events established a temporary community of followers who were interested in a specific set of information. This temporary community was given the opportunity to obtain information and skills in exchange for their attendance to the process. The members of this temporary community were interested in what was being given to them and they paid attention to, and they learned from, this process.

Conversational Marketing: The process used to get their attention and hold their attention is called Conversational Marketing. Those massive product launches only needed the attention of this temporary community for the duration of the launch process. But, what would happen if the conversation was ongoing? What would happen if the community that was formed was not temporary? How do we structure an online business where we are involved with a permanent community of people who want to listen to and talk with you?

Maintaining Community: Conversational Marketing teaches us that maintaining the conversation is the way you maintain the community. Maintaining the conversation with a permanent community of those who want to hear what you say is the basis of an online business where you get your message out.
